Zhejiang Xinbang Yuanda Green Building Industry Co., Ltd. is a large prefabricated PC component production enterprise in China, located in Wenzhou. The factory covers an area of more than 130 acres and is one of the benchmark enterprises in the production of prefabricated building PC components in China.

Director Hong, the production manager of Xinbang Yuanda, introduced that in 2017, due to lack of experience, the production capacity of each production line was only 30 cubic meters per day, and one production line needed one line leader and 31 workers.

In 2018, the production line introduced the " SurSpider " steel bar tying machine, reducing the number of personnel to 27, not only saving labor costs but also greatly improving the efficiency of steel bar tying.

In 2020, the daily average production capacity of Xinbang Yuanda's single line reached 80-90 cubic meters.
